I've been having an odd recurring dream.

I'm back in college and I'm just about to graduate, except I still have to take one course (generally math of some sort). But only now do I realize that the math class has been going on for weeks and I haven't attended a single one, so I won't graduate. Or I never signed up for the class in the first place, so I won't graduate. I almost always wake up thinking I'm screwed because of this damn math class...and then remember I got my PhD back in August.

I can't tell if the dreams are trying to tell me that I forgot to do something important. One of my big fears is that I'll forget about something big, so maybe the dreams are picking up on that.

I have this dream at least a couple times each month. Very weird.

GW go boom? And we're supposed to get some sort of announcement today, at least something that Joe M. says will increase the number of comments on his blog. Ack, that doesn't sound good


I have this weird recurring dream. I'm on a plane, sometimes with my bf, sometimes with my family, sometimes by myself. The plane is always in the act of taking off. Except it doesn't take off because a) there are people on the runway (wtf?) or b) we're using a freeway road (with traffic) as our runway instead of a normal one (WTF??!!). One time we even drove off a road to plunge down the side of a mountain, nose first, in order to get enough speed to take off. I almost always wake up before we actually take off.

Last time I had a dream that my plane had a very long takeoff on one of the Hawaiian island runways. I even commented to my parents (who were sitting next to me) about how I always dreamed about long takeoffs like this one...in the dream (fourth wall, wow). We finally took off, landed on another island runway...and then taxied down the car-filled freeway (the plane was huge too) to get to the next airport and pick up the people there waiting for their flight.

Man, that's weird. If I had to get all psychological, I'd say it has something to do with me wanting or waiting for my life to finally "take off" - family, career, etc. That, or I REALLY don't like takeoffs (worst part of the flight for me).

Well, that was certainly an odd dream. o_O

A brand new Atlantis episode was airing. Elizabeth and Rodney are in the main control room of Atlantis. Elizabeth is apparently sick and on the verge of sneezing. But just as she sneezes, she grabs Rodney's right hand and sneezes into it instead of her own. Rodney gives his patented look of shocked disgust and snarks "Oh, THANK YOU so much." Elizabeth looks away, showing a bare hint of a smile for the camera.

McWeir shippers take this as a sign that the ship has become canon. Forums everywhere go nuts.

Yeah...weird. I rarely dream about Atlantis too.

Had a weird dream last night. I'm driving (alone?) down the road (in AZ?) in a black corvette. I flip a U-turn and pull into the left hand turn lane and wait for the stoplight. In front of me is another corvette, a lovely pearly blue early Stingray model I think. Baltar is driving and Six, sitting in the passenger seat, turns around to look at me. I then wake up.

I can understand all the vettes, as the bf is working on selling his for the newest model. Where Baltar and Six came from I have no idea.

I often have weird dreams. I need to document more of them to illustrate my underlying insanity ;)

Also, I am now a proud member of shrill_lemming. HA!
