Okay, I can finally say it (because I was LIED TO last week by the scheduling guide):

New 30 Rock tonight, OMG!!!

And what's the title of the ep? "MILF Island", the name of the (fake) reality competition show proposed by Jack, the Head of East Coast NBC TV (and microwave oven programming) in an earlier show. As he described it - "25 super-hot moms, 50 eighth-grade boys, no rules."

Ooh, this should be good. ^_^
